A few questions you may have
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
You can use your gift voucher to make a full or part payment on any Freddie's flowers. To redeem the voucher, choose a product from the flower shop and add your gift code at checkout. Alternatively you can add your voucher to your account to be used on any future orders by going to your Coupons and Gift Vouchers page
How do I check my remaining balance?
Simply log in to your account and go to the Coupons and Gift Vouchers page. Enter your voucher code and you will see your remaining balance
How many times can I use a gift voucher?
You can use your gift voucher as many times as you want until the full balance is redeemed
When do your gift vouchers expire?
Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase, and can be used multiple times until the full amount has been redeemed
Can I use a gift voucher for a subscription?
Yes, you can use your gift voucher to purchase a new subscription by applying the code at checkout. Or if you already have a subscription, you can add the code to your account and your remaining balance will be used on your next upcoming deliveries.
